Twelve-month term. The $99 is $39.99 of service plus $59.01 towards the build. Cancel early and the service stops — the remaining build payments run to the end of the twelve, because the site was made and launched before you paid for it.
Starting at $99 costs $258 more across the first year — $1,188 against $929.88. That is the entire difference, and it does not grow after that: from month 13 both options are $39.99 per month.
Additional pages beyond five are $100 each, one time. The price quoted is the price charged; anything your state adds is calculated and shown before you confirm. Payment is processed securely by card, and you receive a receipt and a link to manage or cancel your plan.
You never touch it.
There is no dashboard to learn and no password to lose. When something changes, you tell us and we make the change that day. That is not a support policy — it is the product.
If you leave.
We write the code and we host it. If you cancel, the site comes down — as it does with any provider who builds and hosts on your behalf. Your domain is yours: tell us where to send it and we will release it at no charge.
“Unlimited changes” covers the content of your page — text, photographs, hours, pricing, seasonal offers. Additional pages beyond the five included are $100 each, one time. Online ordering and booking systems are separate work, quoted separately. You will always be told before anything carries an additional cost.
