Why would you build it before I pay?

Because describing a website is a waste of both our time. You have almost certainly been pitched one before by someone with a slide deck, and you still had to imagine the result.

We would rather show you the finished thing on your phone and let you react to it. If you do not want it, you owe nothing and we are done. The risk sits with us, which is where it belongs when we are the ones asking for money.

What does it actually cost?

$489.99 to launch, then $39.99 per month. The first monthly payment is 30 days after your site goes live, not on day one. No contract and no minimum term.

Or start at $99 instead of paying up front: twelve payments of $99, then $39.99 per month, on a twelve-month term. That comes to $258 more across the first year and nothing extra after it.

Is this a scam? I did not ask for a call.

A fair question and you should ask it more often than you do. Here is what to check: we asked for no card details, no login and no personal information, and the site we are showing you is already live at an address you can open yourself.

Nothing is charged until you say yes, and you can call the number on this page back at any time and get the same person.

Who owns the domain?

You do. We register it, pay for it and renew it every year — that is inside the price, not billed on top — so it never lapses and you never deal with renewal notices. But it is your name.

If you leave, tell us where to send it and we transfer it free, at any time. We will not hold a domain against an unpaid balance — if you owe us money we will ask you for it.

Do I pay for the domain separately?

No. The domain and its yearly renewal are inside the price. There is no second invoice and no surprise notice a year from now — that is one of the most common ways small businesses lose a website, and it cannot happen here.

We check before we ever call you, and we bring three names to choose from. The first is always your business name exactly as it is. If someone already owns that one we say so up front, and the other two are good alternatives — usually your name with your town or your state on it. You pick. We do not register anything until you have.

What happens if I cancel?

The monthly stops at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the website comes down — the same as with anyone who hosts and maintains a site for you. We would rather say that now than have you discover it later.

Your domain and your own content go with you. Cancel from the billing link in any receipt, or just call.

If you started at $99 rather than paying up front, that $99 is $39.99 of monthly service plus $59.01 towards the build. Cancelling stops the service and takes the site down; the remaining build payments run to the end of the twelve, because the site was made and launched before you paid for it. Two months left means $118.02, as two ordinary payments — or settle it in one if you would rather. We will not spring a surprise charge on you.

How do I change something?

You call or text, and it is done that day. Hours, prices, photographs, a seasonal offer, a new phone number.

There is no dashboard and no password. That is deliberate — you did not go into business to learn a content management system, and the person who answers the phone is the person who makes the change.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

We do not promise a ranking, an amount of traffic, a number of phone calls or an increase in sales. Anyone who promises you those things is guessing.

What we can tell you is what is true: most people look a business up before they call it, and if there is nothing to find they call someone else. A fast, accurate, current page fixes that specific problem. What it does to your revenue depends on your business, not on us.

How fast is it, really?

Your whole site is around 40 kilobytes — smaller than one photo from your phone — and it loads nothing from anyone else's servers. No trackers, no font services, no analytics.

We measure every site before launch at seven screen sizes on a deliberately throttled connection. If yours is ever slow, we fix it free.

Can I have online ordering or bookings?

Those are systems rather than pages, and they carry real ongoing cost. If you already use Square, Toast, Clover or Shopify, we will point your site at what you have instead of selling you a second one.

If you genuinely need one built, it is quoted separately and you decide before anything is spent.

Do you only work in New York?

No. We are based in Lynbrook, New York and work with local businesses across the United States. The phone number is the same wherever you are.
