Twelve-month term. The $99 is $39.99 of service plus $59.01 towards the build. Cancel early and the service stops — the remaining build payments run to the end of the twelve, because the site was made and launched before you paid for it.
Starting at $99 costs $258 more across the first year — $1,188 against $929.88. That is the entire difference, and it does not grow after that: from month 13 both options are $39.99 per month.

Additional pages — $100 each, one time
Five pages covers most businesses completely. If you need a sixth, it is $100 once, and then it is covered by the same monthly like everything else.
Online ordering or booking — quoted separately
These are real systems, not pages, and they carry ongoing cost. If you already use Square, Toast, Clover or Shopify, we will point your site at what you have rather than sell you a second one.
Edits — never
There is no per-change fee, no hourly rate and no cap. Hours, prices, photographs, a seasonal offer, a new phone number. That is what the monthly is for, and charging for it twice would be a strange way to run a service.
Your domain — never held
It is yours. If you leave, tell us where to send it and we release it at no charge. We will not hold a name against a balance.
You do not pay to find out what it looks like.
